i’m not going to vote for romney, but i do think it’s funny that people are talking about his taxes today like he double crossed the country to get the low percentage he did. he had tons of money and invested it. he hired crazy high-price tax people to make sure he was following the rules. he did, for all intents and purposes, play by the rules. if someone wants to put tax law on trial, i’ve got bad news for you. when you hire a bunch of tax professionals to make sure you’re coloring in the lines, guess what? they’ll figure out how to make you money no matter what the tax laws are.
